Overview
Nova Circle is a travel app built around one core promise: recommendations you trust. In early 2023, I stepped in to lead the project, taking it from its early MVP stage to a polished platform. The product delivers personalized recommendations backed by a real community, not algorithms alone.

Process
The work happened in four phases. First, establishing the vision: joining in March 2023, defining 'Recommendations you trust' as the north star and executing a full UX/UI redesign with a unified brand identity. Second, building the right team by partnering with Abersoft for Flutter front-end, Node.js back-end and AWS infrastructure. Third, rethinking user flows, improving functionality and performance. Fourth, a year-long optimization phase through QA, feature testing and continuous user feedback.
Outcome
Nova Circle launched on both Apple App Store and Google Play. The app delivers on its promise: recommendations you trust, backed by a redesigned UX, solid technical foundation and modern branding. Users can discover curated experiences, connect with a like-minded community and explore with confidence. Available on iOS and Android.
