Scope

Overview
Carnegie Fonder, a leading Nordic fund manager, needed a clearer digital presence better suited for their different customer segments, from institutional investors to private wealth clients. The existing platform buried fund information behind financial jargon and outdated UI patterns. The objective: make sophisticated investment data feel accessible without dumbing it down.

Process
We partnered closely with Carnegie's financial experts and Brand Union (who developed the new brand profile) to ground every design decision in user needs and regulatory requirements. I led strategy, user research and UX design alongside the team at Limeloop. We designed and developed every page from initial UX conception through final delivery, paying particular attention to strengthening the connection between the logged-in customer portal and the public-facing website. The goal: a smooth experience regardless of authentication state.



Outcome
Delivered a clear, usable website and customer portal that makes Carnegie's fund information accessible. The unified design between authenticated and public interfaces improved engagement and reduced the cognitive load for investors navigating complex financial products.
